Don't Miss Our Shelter House
Our shelter house is the perfect spot for gatherings, offering a rustic and charming setting for your event. The rental fee is $225 for up to four hours and includes admission to the petting zoo for 25 guests, along with one cone of animal feed per guest. If your group exceeds 25 people, there is an additional charge of $5 per extra guest for petting zoo admission. To secure your date, we require a $100 deposit and a signed rental agreement, which is applied toward the total rental fee. Please note that we typically do not rent out the shelter house on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day due to high visitor traffic.
The shelter house is enclosed on three sides, providing some protection from the elements, though it is not temperature controlled. It features overhead lighting, ceiling fans, and a 15-foot built-in shelf along the back wall with plenty of outlets for crockpots and other small appliances. Inside, there are six 8-foot picnic tables, offering ample seating for your guests. Directly across from the shelter is a large grassy area, perfect for games and other outdoor activities.
